HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

At Ant we ship our items with Australia Post to ensure safe and tracked shipping that we can trust. We ask our customers to please be mindful that we are a small business and that items will be dispatched 1 - 3 days after purchase confirmation. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows (both include tracking):

  • Standard free on orders over $99 otherwise $8 (allow 5 to 7 days).

  • Express $12 (allow 2 to 4 days).

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?

At Ant the label we ensure quality before sending any of our items. If we believe after our quality testing one of our items is not perfect and ready to send, we will not send it, thus ensuring consistently high quality standards for our products. Should you choose to return an item, this process must be undertaken within the strict 5 day time period from when your item is delivered to receive a credit note of the products value. Returns must be in unworn condition with original tags and packaging, if we feel this criterion isn’t met upon return, your item will not be sent back to you and a credit note will not be issued. Ant the label is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on any sale/discounted items.


 As a small business we ask our customers to understand we do not accept any exchanges due to low stock levels encourage customers to make well considered purchases.

WHAT ARE WE DOING TO ADHERE TO OUR ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS VALUES AS A BRAND?

In a world of ever changing fashion trends it is important to us at Ant the label to ensure our products aren’t contributing to the ongoing issue of textile pollution by fully considering their life cycle prior to production. We have developed three new strategies to ensure our products are not having a negative environmental impact or ending up in landfill.


  • Repurpose it with Ant the label; This allows our customers to easily trade-in their obsolete Ant the label products by sending it back to us at HQ to receive a credit towards their next purchase at Ant the label. Please note trade-in credits will differ in price based upon the condition of your garment*.


  • Ready to recycle it with Ant the label: Is your Ant the label item ready to be recycled? This policy allows your much loved Ant the label products to be properly recycled or repurposed, instead of ending up in landfill. Don’t look to the bin, rather look no further than sending it back to us with the knowledge you are contributing to a more sustainable process.

  • Repair it with Ant the label: To extend the life cycle of our handmade items we will offer our customers purchasing directly from us at Ant the label free of charge (excl. shipping), repairs and mending on their hand made items. For a product to be eligible for free mending it must fit our criterion e.g. being in fixable condition*. Note this policy is targeted at our handmade items only.

These strategies ensure that your products are either reused, repaired, recycled or repurposed adhering to our brand’s environmentally conscious values. Although we understand our products are brand new and these policies may not be implemented for some time; it is important to us to fully consider our product’s life cycle prior to production to ensure as little impact on the planet as possible is achieved.
